Came here in the summer from Seattle and it hit the spot! Amazingly delicious. Steak tacos and the guacamole was heavenly. I... want to go back to Portland just for this food and experience. Excellent service and drinks! Read more

Very good food, upscale Mexican but not overly expensive. High-quality ingredients & great preparation with really good service.... I hadn't been here for a long time, but was happy to "re-discover" it at a friend's suggestion tonight. Read more

I?ve gone here a bunch of times and the food and drinks are always great. I found it by googling ?best Margarita in Portland?... and felt like that held up. My favorite thing I?ve eaten here is actually the side dish that?s kind of like mashed potatoes, Ithink they call it potatoes ole or something like that. I love the covered patio seating area too. Good stuff. Had pork Colorado, guacamole and chips. Nice flavor, hot salsa (not very hot). Good service, speedy service.

I wanted to check this place out for happy hour to get a chance to taste flavors for future visits. The food was good, great... serving sizes and fantastic chips that went further than just salt which definitely helps them stand out. Why 4 stars then andnot 5? Very small issues and one I knew would be a issue and yet a chose the dish anyway knowing I would either love or hate it,And that dish was Mac-N-Cheese. I know better that to order comfort dishes at places not known for that but I decided to try itanyway and bland it was. The happy hour nacho was great size and came out quick, but in the haste to get it out it doesn?t looklike the pintos were drained thoroughly enough before plating. I do appreciate the baked cheese and absence of ?cheese?sauce. The tacos were fantastic and would?ve been great on there own with just some chips and a cold beer, definitely a9.5/10. My two gripes outside of the Mac N cheese is the requirement to order a drink to qualify for happy hour prices on thefood. Sucks if you?re trying to maintain sobriety but I suppose a lemonade, soda or tea would satisfy this requirement. Theother issue is making your beer and iceberg, not worth adding slushie ice to your beer. It just waters it down in myopinion. Overall would return here for dinner and happy hour but just order as I ate and not all at once. Read more

We came down for the moto 1 show and we decided to get dinner before heading back up to Washington, this popped up with good... reviews and it honestly deserves better then a 4.5. Everything we had was amazing! Great margaritas and there salsa was to diefor. I would definitely come back. The vibe is amazing, the color choices are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This place is small but the outside patio is really nice and heated in winter. The chips are very tasty and fresh. Seem homemade... to me. The salsa and queso were very tasty along with the Sangria. If you are looking for Mexican or a good happy hour checkthis place out. Read more
