I normally love this place but today was the worst sandwich I?ve received. It?s like the sandwich crafter didn?t even try- when... I took it out of the paper half of the veggies weren?t even inside of the sandwich. I took one bite and the sandwich guts justslopped into my lap. I didn?t get the extra pickles I asked for. I very order from them 4 times and every time they forgot my oreo shake. Sandwich is always soggy, the pickle side is SOOO wet... that is soaks the bag and drips forever, at least pat it down or don't put it in a PAPER BAG. Honesty such bad service. Read more
This sandwich shop is nestled in the corner of one of Portland's business complexes. They made great use of their space. I... wasn't terribly impressed with the service, the people behind the counter seemed disconnected from service. They weren't bad atwhat they did but they just didn't seem present. I liked the variety of potato chips available for the meal, they weren't thestandard brands so it was fun to pick a New Orlean's hot flavor. The co2 and syrup ratio was off on their soda machine and Ipretty much found myself drinking carbonated water with a hint of cola. I did enjoy the soup and the sandwich had the perfectblend of ingredients, with the exception of the spreads. I do believe you can put too much condiment on a sandwich and I alsofeel this is somewhat common in sub shops. While tasty, the sandwich was a bit sloppy. I wouldn't be opposed to eating hereagain but I wouldn't go out of my way to choose it. Read more
Love this place! Soups are fantastic! The Broccoli Chedder is even better than that other nation wide chain. Chili & Potato... are also really good. Cookies & milkshake again great. I've also had their warm sandwiches & so good. Read more
I doordash from this location an unhealthy amount. Their Chicken Pot Pie soup is my favorite item, it's so savory and filling.... However it often disappears from the menu for days or weeks, and it genuinely ruins my day lol. I need my chicken pot pie! TheirMediterranean sandwich is also delicious, super flavorful and tangy. I love to add pickles for even more tang. Sometimes I feelthat the sandwiches can be a little under-filled for the price, I especially have found that to be the case with the Pizzasandwich. I think it just depends on who is making your order though. I can't speak for customer service since I get itdelivered, but I will say that this location is very prompt in completing orders, I always have my food within the hour! Read more

This is my first visit here as I tend to be more of a salad person than a sandwich person. When I arrived, the line to place my... order was rather long Fortunately, there was a man taking orders along the line so the line moved very quickly and I had mydelicious salad in no time. My salad was excellent!!! Next time i would add avocado for some extra yumminess. This hugesalad is only $8.15. The sandwiches look fantastic and every customer eating a sandwich looked more than satisfied. Theemployees are super friendly and efficient. Tipping is not allowed. Read more
