I didn't take any pictures, but tonight I had the mushroom radicchio salad and the brisket sandwich. In the afterglow of this... experience, I'm compelled to praise the talent behind this production. Truly a cart worthy of a brick 'n mortar, though there'sno need for it these days. I've had half-a-dozen brisket sandwiches from the highest touted carts in Portland, and though theywere all excellent (e.g. [both] Matt's, Holy Trinity, Podnahs, Road Runner, more...), THIS one was *the* best, hands down.Something ineffable in the chemistry of the meat and spread (and the carrot-based julienne slaw). The radicchio mushroom saladwas also exceptional. Radicchio, the perfect amount of *white chanterelles*, al dente grains, walnuts--just lovely and somemorable, and with the crucial attention to textural chemistry. This is the kind of food that haunts you, in a good way. Read more

I live in San Francisco but make it a point to come here for the delicious food artistry: this time halibut honey, BLT salad,... peach cobbler. This place deserves a Michelin star! As good as the recently shuttered Michelin-starred Al?s Place in myneighborhood! Read more

Wow! Fresh ingredients and dynamic flavors. I was blown away by the Rockfish Escabeche that was cooked perfectly and plated... beautifully. Also tried the oysters and smashed potatoes. Paired it with their herbed gimlet which was light and well-balanced.Best meal I?ve had in a long time! Read more
