Tried to order lunch. The wrong order was on the screen. I told the person. They yelled at me told me what I order. It was wrong... I tried to fix order. She yelled at me again, repeating the wrong order and wrong price again. I quit going to location 6 monthsago because of poor customer service and wrong order. First the drive thru is trash and doesn't move. Then Inside the staff took 10 min to give my order away to another customer so I... had to wait for a specialty item twice since it's fresh to order. Bruh I was here for 45 min just trying to get food. The onecustomer ahead of me ordered got food sat and ate left and I was still waiting. Read more
Need to remind myself that the extra 10 min drive to other popeyes locations is worth it. This 122nd location is the worst and... does not live up to franchise standard. Always get dry stale over cooked chicken and bonus they forget to give me sauce that Ipaid for. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this 122nd location. Read more
The Cajun Rice $3.99 for the smallest amount of food you will ever purchase and it tastes like trash. Go to this Popeyes quite a... bit not a bad place extremely slow drive-thru service. They're getting better. The drive thru is incredibly slow all the time. If they're out of a certain piece of chicken they... replace it with another piece without your input. Getting way better, than how they began. Better than the Gresham location. Lowscores for slow drive through and messy plating, and slow service. Read more

They closed the lobby at 7:00pm on a Thursday when sign say it?s open until 10:00pm and their drive thru line has not moved!... They are very slow this is the 3rd time I?ve seen this store like this! Door dashers also have to wait in this terrible drivethru line! Read more
