The worst experience I have ever had. The line was incredibly long and when I got to the speaker. I didn?t get a greeting or... notice I had pulled up. I said,?hello?, I received the response? give me a minute I?ll let you know when I?m ready? I order ontwo sandwiches and get told I have a 4 minute wait? I?m told then to pull around to the parking lot( this involves pulling outon an adjacent street and looping around on a minimum of 2 other streets). Horrible! Read more
Person at the counter spoke very minimal English. I tried to order something and he couldn?t understand me. Had to wait until... someone else was free to come give him a hand with translation. Food took under a minute to be made and you can tell the chickenhad been sitting for a while. Chicken was warm and the bun was stale. Best part of the meal was the biscuit. Read more
Lobby was closed during regular hours (8PM) without any reason whatsoever. Decided to try it out because the line was getting... long - was a lot longer when they refused to let me in or explain why they closed the lobby early. I understand the area can bedicey but put a sign up explaining why. Just poor management in my opinion. Read more
I ordered through Door dash and when my food arrived I only had 2 of the 3 sandwiches and none of the sides. I assumed my order... had been mixed up with another or someone had maybe snatched the items from the bag in the 5 seconds it took me to get to thedoor. But hey mistakes happen. No biggie right. Wrong. I attempted to reorder through door dash as that was the only option thatwould get me everything I had originally ordered. So I thought at least. But when the dasher got there to pick up my food theyflat out refused to give them my order. At a nicer restaurant I would understand that concern but this is Popeyes. Come on nowbe reasonable. If they had listened to the dasher explain what happened. Or let me I would have explained that all i reallywanted was the missing fish sandwich. I didn't really care about the rest. So idk. I got a refund from door dash. But if yourorder is messed up you might as well just give up on getting your food. They are not on your side. Read more
Whoever was working the drive thru window closing shift on 6/18/22 deserves a raise and some praise on their exemplary customer... service skills. Came through about 10 min before they closed, the person who took my order and card was incredibly friendly andfun to chat with while we (briefly) waited for our food. Read more
The owner needs to fire the entire staff here. These chicken nuggets have no seasoning, greasy and undercooked. This is not the... quality chicken that Popeyes once had. Hire some Black people to cook the chicken right, #make popeyes hood again Read more
