Pizza Nostra has a gluten free crust option that does not taste like cardboard. There is also dairy free - vegan cheeseavailable. There is an additional charge for these selections but I am thankful it is an option. The salads are fresh,delicious, and are big enough to share. We had plenty to eat and had leftovers to take home for dinner. The restaurant is cleanand comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions and order modifications.
