Delicious food! ???? I was visiting Portland and happened upon this food truck in a very cute and hip part of town. Everything I... had was outstanding: a sandwich on a soft and tasty roll, flavorful fries with two different dipping sauces, the best macaronisalad I?ve ever had (didn?t know I could like macaroni salad so much!) and a flaky, fruit-filled and scrumptious pastry fordessert. Eating at Papi Sal?s was one of the highlights of my Portland trip! Read more

I 1000000% recommend with all of my heart! The pork jawn is so delicious. Sweet, a bit tangy, the most perfectly tender pork, on... a toasty roll. The Jibarito is also just as delicious! I?ve had Papi Sal?s multiple times and it keeps getting better andbetter. Any item from their menu will make you tummies incredibly happy and full. Plus, John and his partner are some of thenicest owners! A win win. Read more

Papi Sal?s is an insanely scrumptious experience. I?ve only dipped my toes into the vegan jawn, but I can say without a doubt... that it?s a crave worthy experience. Also, that garlic Mayo is something you want slathered on your fries, your sandwich, andyour fingers. It?s too good to be true. Highly recommend checking this spot out! Read more

We had the pleasure of visiting Papi Sal?s last Friday for lunch and WOW, I?ve been wanting to try this place for a couple... months now and I?m sad I didn?t get out to try it sooner! We ordered the jawn, lechon sandwich, and yucca con mojo, andliterally everything was 10/10 delicious. Freshly baked hoagie rolls, juicy pernil, crispy yet succulent lechon, you can telltheir recipes are meticulously crafted and they care deeply about their food. I?ve never had yucca like yucca con mojo and thatvegan cheese whiz was delightful. Follow them on socials so you can catch when they launch that lechon again (it?s a limitedspecial). You need to try this place. Read more

The first time I tried visiting, but they didn't open on time and I gave up after 30 minutes. Next try, they did actually open... so I tried the Jawn, fries, and the yucca. The pork was super tender in the Jawn and the seasoning was pretty good, but it wasmostly cold bread. The yucca was very bland, but the fries were pretty good. Maybe this was an off day, so I'll probably givethem another chance. Read more

Where to even begin with Papi Sal's?!? The first time I went, we ordered the entire menu and every single item was incredible.... My absolute favorite is the almojabana fish boat, but the jawns cannot be beat! Papi Sal's is so good that we made a detour onour way back from Rainier just to try the breakfast jawns, and let me tell you, it was worth the extra 30 mins of driving. Hell,I'd be willing to drive an extra 10 hours for anything on the menu. We love Papi Sal's and you will too! Read more

Heard about the Jawn Sandwich and had to try it out. This was definitely a good choice! The sandwich consists of pulled lechon,... sharp prov, sofrito mayo, and PR long hots. The PR Long Hots are some tasty peppers that add another layer of flavors to thesandwich. I also tried their loaded fries and was also satisfied with them. The flavors on the fries were tasty and that alonecan be a meal. I'm dividing glad that I had a chance to try this place out.
