Gluten free dough could change. To sugary. But I still love this place and am glad to have an option!

The team here is always efficient, pleasant, and gets our order right all the time! And let me tell you, it's a complicated... order. I've ordered many pizzas from Papa Murphys and in general their brand puts out good food which is why I am giving them two... stars. That being said, this location sold me a Hawaiian pizza with rotting ham on it. I tried to go online and request arefund. I was told to contact the store directly. I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager and they said theywould get back to me. They never did. My advice would be to drive the extra couple miles up to the Lombard location. Their foodis fresher and better. Their crust was much better, I am not sure if that was due to better planning and the dough actually gotto proof or what but their pizzas were notably better at the other location. Tonight is the Oregon Ducks game and Christmas ships by our place. I ordered the pizzas and salads. When I went to pick up... right on time, the person serving us was very professional and friendly. I do not recommend this pizza for instant gatherings. I have never bought in these places. And I needed some pizzas. And I... decided to try this brand of pizza. They should specify in the advertising: Pizzas are not cooked. Or if you have a quickmeeting, don't buy. I asked them to cook and I pay. But they are not interested in solutions. Read more

I always call ahead and order. By the time I get there, 20 minutes or so later, the pizzas are always ready to go. My family has... been coming to this location for years and has always had great service. Read more

Good stuff. Ordered a gluten free pizza. Only comes in large though. But tastes great. Remember when cooking gluten free dough... it takes longer to cook and the edges need to be dark brown for the dough in the center to be cooked through. You can always putthin strips of foil wrapped around the edges so it doesn't get so dark.???? the staff was nice. Read more
