Reviews for Panera Bread in Portland, OR
I had been clipped on my motorcycle by a hit-and-run driver. My arm was in a sling, I was cold, hurting, just basically... miserable. I stopped in for a hot coffee. The young man at the counter was friendly, compassionate and gifted my coffee for me.What a blessing. Read more

Great place but you NEED to stop burning the soup and most importantly you need to stop selling burned soup
I ordered online, two soups. I also wanted a tuna salad sandwich, but they were out. They were out of almost every sandwich. I... settled for cucumber and tomato salad. I picked up, it was ready on time, and headed home. When I opened everything up, I foundthe French onion soup had no croutons and no gruyere cheese. And the bowl, that I paid $9 for, was only 1/2 to 1/3 full. Thechicken noodle soup was the same, as was the salad. I'm very disappointed in this previously favorite restaurant. When I called, the first person I talked to had no clue what to say or do. I asked for a manager and when speaking to the manager, he was alsounprepared and unconcerned. They both wanted to blame it on the fact that they were very busy (they weren't that I could seewhen I went in). I'm just very upset with this establishment Read more
One of the better Paneras from which I've purchased food. I went here during lunchtime on a weekday and was expecting them to be... much slower due to the time of day; however, the line wasn't very long and service was pretty quick. I got my broccoli cheddarmacaroni and cheese and my bagel in a timely manner. Employees were pretty nice and answered questions well. My food tastedpretty standard for what you'd expect from Panera, which I do consider overpriced, but I can't blame the establishment itselffor that. Read more
This was my first time at a Panera Bread. The menu was a little confusing and when I asked for help on what the deal was with... the half soup and sandwich. But the cashier was extremely rude and seems annoyed that I was taking too much time. There wasnobody else waiting so I don?t understand why she acted like that. The food was great unfortunately I was the service was justas good. Read more
