This restaurant seems to have the rhythm down. Despite the long line, only took about 15 minutes total. Food was delicious as... always and I'll definitely be heading back. Read more
Well I've been coming here 3 times a week for a few weeks now and usually the service is at least passable. Today however it was... not. All I wanted was a large cup of water to drink. I bought lunch and a bottle of Coke and I figured I'd ask for a large watercup to go along with it. I was refused. Instead I get a child size cup. I'm a paying customer, not a passersby. Read more
This is my second time at this location and tonight made me remember why I hadn?t came back. I walked inside at 7:43p and left... at 8:10p. but i was helped right away.. I asked specifically for ?Beyond Original Orange Chicken? with even pointing to what Iwas referring to and the woman working still scooped regular ?Orange Chicken? I corrected her and she dumped the chicken thatwas already in my plate back into the bin with the other ?Orange Chicken?? and also the ?Chow Mein? that was on that plate. Iordered two plates and was told I would have to wait 8 minutes for more of the ?Beyond Original Orange Chicken? to cook.. Iended up having to wait 20 additional minutes when I was previously told it would only be 8 minutes. The ?Veggie Spring Rolls?were mushy and you could tell that they had been sitting there for a good amount of time.. Be warned that you may have long waittimes or they simply will not make your order right if you order online, since they can?t make it right in person either. Read more
St Johns/N Portland does not stand out for its food. Except Mizumi sushi on Lombard. I wanted Chinese and have tried nearly all... places there. Not very good. I had the not so nright idea: Panda Express. $11 for fried rice and 3 entrees. How can you gowrong? I was so wrong. This is the absolute worst Chinese food I've had in my 64 years. Go to 7/11 instead and get a couple ofhot dogs and pizza slices. Dont believe me? TRY IT. I never write a bad review. That's how bad this was. Read more
What a frustrating place. If you?re going to start your service line 6 feet inside the door, you probably want to make sure... your line never exceeds 6 feet. But I?ve never seen it not winding back on itself and impeding traffic in and out of thebuilding. It might be the one person working the line while 3-4 people cook and two more do nothing at the head of the line. Seriously, the guy helping me was helping two other folks dining in, answering the phone and getting to go orders. Read more
I frequent here a lot and it?s super busy, long line but usually speedy. They have forgot my sides a couple times and this last... time when I went back for my chicken I found a long black hair in it. I have long blonde hair. Read more
Me and my family come here often we never really have a problem other then the occasional long wait or not enough teriyaki... sauce. But today was unexceptional to the max I ordered 5 plates and each one was wrong they took my order at the beggining ofthere food line and had me pay at the end and waited for my bag of food. Me thinking that they wrote my order down butunfortunately not. all 5 plates got at least 1 wrong item, was cold and 1 of them even had a piece of plastic in the rice. Icalled and called and called and no one answered so tomorrow morning first thing I will be at the store demanding a refund causethis is unexceptable and horrible customer service. Read more
