I have lived in Portland for over 10 years and have experienced many many thai food places, but this one is bar far the best pad... thai I?ve ever had. Pad thai with chicken is my go to. Not only do they give a very generous portion, but their flavor is spoton. Their noodles are juicy, not dry at all. I drool just thinking of this place! Read more

1st time in there today. The Tom Kha was excellent, perfect sourness and coconut milk. The Lemongrass Pad Thai superb, and my... #47 Sizzling Sea Food on Cast Iron pan was phenomenal. Blazing fast service. Ordered online, and the food was done in less than 15 minutes. I walked over from my vacation rental... next door after 12-13 minutes, and it was already ready!! Portions were large. Tasty, everything was well prepared. Priceswere very reasonable, and they seem to do a ton of carry out. I saw about 8 bags on the table ready to be picked up. I?m new to Portland but not Pad Thai (the dish). Ordered takeout for lunch today and everything looked promising? great reviews,... great prices, very friendly staff, the space had a good vibe, too. However, I ordered the namesake Pad Thai as it seemed like asafe bet and a bellwether of mine for thai spots. Good: Prices, portions, and service. Not so good: Spice, flavor, ingredientsbalance Honestly disappointed by my order. Got medium spice? there was none. Got chicken, there was hardly any (plenty ofnoodles tho). Simply delicious! My friend loved it and invited me, I was delighted. We ordered pla took pad pit, catfish with bamboo shoots... and eggplant, salmon special curry, pineapple fried rice, pot stickers and spring rolls. Everything was well prepared, fresh andvery tasty. 02/15/19: 4.75 out of 5 - This was a suggestion from a friend and runner from my Saturday Run Group. So, we decided to check... out Pad Thai Kitchen for after my Wednesday Run Group. The restaurant was actually easy to find but with little parkingavailable. The interior has a cozy ambiance about it. The decor has some resemblance to Thai culture. Also, there are outdoortables for those who likes to be in the elements. The staff at Pad Thai Kitchen are kind and very attentive without beingintrusive. This place does make very good Thai food with the exception of not enough heat, but understandably, they do cook andserve the demographic. My only gripe about the place is that the bathroom can be better kept. If they kept it more clean anddo something about the tag marks. Regardless, Pad Thai Kitchen still is a great place with very tasty food. Definitely worth atry and decide for yourself. Enjoy! Read more
