Fun atmosphere and delicious food. The ribs are juicy and pack a flavor punch! The slushies are very refreshing. I will... definitely return to try all the items they offer! Read more

Such delicious food; the nicest staff. I dropped my drink and they made me a new one, no charge. Personal faves were the salted... egg yolk pea shoots and corn fritters. Read more

The food here is unbelievable. One of my favorite spots in Portland. The roti was inexplicably both croissant-esque in flakiness... while being simultaneously doughy and with a good chew. Awesome curry, innovative and delicious raita salad, and the meat plateis a delight. Read more

Went on a food adventure, got the sweet potatoe dumplings and the pink cashmere. The dumplings were absolutely delicious very... spicy in a nice way, very disappointed when the drink arrived $15 and the glass is not even half full (see picture). Biggestdisappointment was arriving and not getting water for 20 minutes after sitting down. Read more

Oma’s was such an amazing experience. From the beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. We loved every item... we ordered and the (non-alcoholic) slushies were so great! The food came out fast and our waiter was the best. We can’t waitto come back. Read more

Everything about Oma's Hideaway is delightful, from the vibrant colors and spacious patio area to the fantastic service to the... mouthwatering food and inventive, well-balanced cocktails. I had made a reservation and when we arrived at 6pm, the place waspacked, but were seated promptly outside, where my dog was quickly welcomed with a big bowl of water. Throughout our meal, theservice was lightning fast (our first dish arrived within minutes) and the staff was very warm and friendly, sharing in ourexuberance. We loved everything we ordered - blistered green beans, roti canai, pork ribs, and the charcoal roasted hen - withthe corn fritters and house-made sambal (holy spicy deliciousness!) as standouts. Many of the overhyped places in Portlandunder-deliver (or maybe just can't live up to the unfairly high expectations), but Oma's Hideaway absolutely  does. I highlyrecommend it and can't wait to return! Read more

I can't vouch for this amazing restaurant ENOUGH! ???????????????? Oma's had the friendliest and best dressed staff, who were... attentive, helpful, and who went above and beyond for our happiness and comfort. The food was next level and out of this world.Having lived in Penang, Malaysia, we can say that the Roti (tear-able bread that you dip in a curry sauce) took us back. Thefood is delicious, and if that's not reason enough, the beautiful decor is BEYOND aesthetic, no matter where your eyes land inthis restaurant, you're sure to be amused and pulled in deeper. I wish I could rate this place with MORE stars!!!! ? Thank you,Oma's!!!! Read more
