Serves food, pastries and coffee. Since COVID the quality control has definitely suffered. Some days you get a great drink,... other days you get something really bad. Really varies with the barista working. Read more

They are usually very good but two new female employees I saw today (September 8th) around noon were extremely rude while I... was ordering one kept scoffing and rolling her eyes after i said blended lavender chai she rolled her eyes and said "okwhatever" they didn't fill the drink correctly i got a large they only did half the large and filled the rest with whip cream (Ileft a picture of how it was) i ordered a lavender chai and they didn't even put lavender in it im highly disappointed i feelripped off when they charged me for a large (they actually overcharged) and i got half. I was excited and in good spirits when Iwent to get a usual drink ive gotten here a few times before their attitude and lack of caring how the drink was while making mefeel like I wasted money made my mood a bit down. im usually not the type to complain. The bagels are good, the esspresso isn't my favorite but it's nice. The thing I can't stand is the employees hostile attitude... everytime you go there. It's like you order a drink and a bagel and they just sigh and huff and stare at you when you askquestions. One barista to another, maybe try a different profession if you're going to be rude to someone for ordering a singlebagel. Read more
