3.5/5 stars Ordering was easy and service was quick. Food tasted good. Few issues: Small portions for the price. Should be... bigger or include a small side Bun for burgers were cool and hard in the middle which led to food slipping off Brat was good butnoticed the bun was on the bit of the colder side Read more

Loved the efficient order system! The store was super clean, we were the only ones there which made for a quieter vibe. The food... was alright, the fries were very well seasoned! I?m not sure I would return given the product for the price. Burnside can belovely, however eating beside a constant rush of traffic, unfortunately tarnished my experience. That being said, just becauseit didn?t do it for me, I can understand that some people might love NextLevel :) It?s a great introduction for those interestedin trying plant based meals! Read more

Love the concept and the location is awesome. Menu is very interesting and they have a way cool ordering system. Here?s the... problem, the food isn?t that interesting or good. A $13 burger was really bland and quite small. Fries weren?t very good.Chicken sandwich was dull. And the food is really, really expensive! I absolutely love vegan burgers. And this place seemsreally cool. I just wish the food was good and not so pricey. Read more

This is one of the best vegan burger places I?ve been to, if not the best. They have a huge menu with three different types of... patties, which is super hard to come by. So you have the option of two types of beefy style patties or a housemate quinoamushroom Patty which was so so good. They were very accommodating to questions and seem like a very inclusive group of staff.Pricing was very reasonable Read more

This was our first time visiting this place. We are vegan and was excited to see a vegan food place not too far from Vancouver... Washington. It Was Very overpriced!!! 42.00 for 2 beyond burgers, 2 large fries and a drink to share. We asked why so high theresponse was ?We use all organically? but yet their fries are frozen and we?re quite nasty. Tasted of freezer burn. The burgercomes out looking more like a happy hour slider. A terrible burger. No flavor. Lettuce was wilted and a cheap bun. Not worth themoney and bad customer service. We will never go there again!!! Read more

This place got me hooked. Our visit to Portland unearthed a few hidden vegan spots, but they weren't always accessible because... of their weird hours and frequent closures. This place popped up on our Google search while we were looking for a reliable placeto eat on our way back for the Japanese garden and we decided to check it out. The location was clean, employees were welcomingand the food was so good we made sure stop by a second time before we left the city. We tried the American Burger, chili cheesefries, Buffalo wings, onion rings, hot chicken sandwich, the cookies and cream shake and peanutbutter cup shake(which i ????).The food was non greasy, actually looked similar to the menu photos and tasted great! Even my carnivorous friend gave it athumbs up on the wings. Wish they had more locations! Read more
