I understand that I was in the wrong. The tone of voice and attitude radiating from the store clerk concerning my barking pup... was overwhelming at the end of a long work day. I understand I should not have brought my service dog in training into theestablishment, she is not quite ready for so much stimulus. But, as that new seasons is a block away from my home, I was aregular there. If that store clerk had handled things in a better fashion, I still would be. Everyone else has been wonderful, hence the three stars rather than 1. Also, I apologize because I know everyone is just trying to do their jobs, and if Ireceive a reciprocated apology, I would totally change my review to 5 stars. I like this new seasons, and really don?t holdanything against them. ??????? Read more

Very clean, staff were nice, bathrooms were clean. This is a very small location might not be the best place for a student... driver to try and park. The spots are tight and the parking lot is hard to navigate. Please pick a spot you can actually getinto. I had to wait while a car made 40 adjustments to fit in a spot and still ran over the raised edge of the corner spot. Thisparking lot is very busy with cars and people please be patient and look for kids. The prices are high but, it is New Seasons noshock there. Read more

So grateful to have this store. Hopefully they will find a way to stay in this neighborhood. It?s pretty obvious they?ve been... dealing with lots of issues from hobos, crime to short staffing. It?s sad that the meat department has been closing at 8pm. Iwork late so I haven?t been able to get fresh meat/seafood for the last few weeks. It?s gonna take a while to get used to it.St. Johns is not the same neighborhood as a few years ago. If this store closes down it will hugely impact the livability of stjohns which is already taking a nose dive. Read more

We shop at the University Park New Seasons a lot and appreciate the staff and the food very much. It's frustrating, though, that... it is so difficult to avoid going home without plastic, even at New Seasons. Today we decided to have some salad from theprepared food counter after we gathered our groceries. When we ordered, we said we'd like to have it "for here" a few times, butthe employee grabbed a plastic to-go container nevertheless. When I asked if they had plates, he had to ask another employee, and she told him where to find them. Good--reusable plates. I asked the other employee if they had forks in the dining area."They'll give you a plastic fork at the register," she said. Do you have regular metal forks? I asked. "No" was her answer.Fortunately, she was wrong--I found metal forks in the dining area. The employee who was serving our salad handed us two plasticlids he had used to stick the price stickers to. On our way out, the woman at the cash register tried to throw away the theplastic lids. "We'll take those home and use them," we said. So, it seems that no matter how hard one tries, some days it isimpossible not to make more plastic garbage. Read more
