I was very impressed. The ingredients are nice and fresh, my food was ready very quickly, and the flavors are on point. Doesn?t look at all like the photos they post online, their food looks and tastes more like a microwave dinner in person. Sweet... potato potstickers were mushy and cold, as if they were not fully reheated to begin with despite arriving promptly. Even thedipping sauce was still gelatinous instead of liquid. Read more

We?ve ordered from here a couple times now. Once through a service and once we picked up. They have excellent dishes and the... food has been exactly what we asked for. Super tasty!! I like the options they have & ordering is easy! This isn?t a locationyou can go to to sit down, it?s a pick up location. They offer gluten-free and vegan options. I?ve ordered from Moonbowls multiple times in the past few weeks (easy with their app). It?s so good! It can be challenging to... find both vegan and gluten free food that is THIS good. My favorites so far are the Korean BBQ cauliflower wings and the avocadobulgogi bowl! The potstickers are bomb as well. Haven?t ordered anything so far that I haven?t loved. I ordered the Korean Hot Chicken bowl with brown rice through Uber Eats for pickup to avoid service fees. The order was well... packaged in a high quality bag and container that helped the bowl remain fairly warm after a 15 minute commute back home. Theflavors of the bowl were not in complete harmony -- the fried chicken, pickled chiles, kale, and rice worked well together butthe caramelized onions and sautéed bell peppers were a bit out of place. The large scoop of caramelized onions, which were moregray than brown, were a bit unsightly in the bowl (picture in review) If I were making this bowl, I would replace the onionsand bell peppers with something that pairs better with the other components. Namely, kimchi and japchae would have beendelicious in this bowl! Read more
EDIT: Spoke with the owner about scheduling issues. They need to keep their hours up to date better. I don't think the posted... hours are right still. They are always closed at prime hours. Customer support said there was an emergency.. but that's beinggoing on for at least a week now? Are you guys ok?? Read more
