Food was good, but services were horrible. Men's restroom was locked, said ask for key. Got to counter, apparently they... don't use a key, you have to be buzzed in. Buzzer wouldn't open door. When I asked for key, they didn't have one. How do theynot know their restrooms aren't working? Do they not have a manager do walk around to ensure everything is working andserviceable? Read more
It was a great visit, because I used their app I saved a bunch of money! I suggest if you go through McDonald's often, download... their app because you get a lot of deals on a daily basis and you save up points for freebies. It comes in handy, my billyesterday without the app would have been close to 8 bucks, but with the app it was only $3.03 :-) it's worth it. This locationis super quick, it's nice they serve limited breakfast items 24 hours a day, they do not serve full breakfast menu all dayhowever. Still it's good enough! The basics! I did not give it the fifth star because of all of the people loitering in theparking lot asking for money. This location does get I want to say drifters? Coming through and asking pretty much for anythingfor free money, cigarettes, whatever they can get their hands on. So if you don't want to be bothered with riff Raff just keepyour windows up, and stay focused on the food! I wish they would enforce the no loitering so we can get our food in peace. Read more
My friend went through the drive up to order. She ordered 2 crispy chicken burgers. Almost home her boyfriend went to get his... found out it was a hamburger. She went back. In the process I received mine huh it to was a burger. I tried to call and tellmy friend as her cell phone was here and no one picked up the phone so when she gets back she'll then no my order is also wrong. She at this point I'm sure isn't wanna go back. Gas isn't cheap and they need to wake up really! Read more
The other day when I went to get breakfast. The young girl taking my order seemed either hangover or very sleep as it was around... 6am. I recommend avoiding the mornings here if you plan on not being hold up at the first window for almost 5 minutes with noone in front. Other than that decent food! Read more
DoorDash'd Happy Meals for myself and friends so we could enjoy the latest Pokemon cash grab only to find that they gave us... toddler toys and messed up the food options in every single meal. You can't use the number for this business because it ringsendlessly and goes to a beep (which I assume is a voicemail). How am I supposed to inform them that there was an issue if Ican't contact anyone? Luckily we got a refund through the app but I'm not planning on supporting this location in the future. Read more
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it came dry with 2 pickles not to mention my fries were also cold. Not a good experience... after waiting in line for 25 min at 215am. Do better McDonald's Read more
I have been here twice, not because I eat this food, but because my niece wanted a happy meal. Both times I had to have... unpleasant interactions with the 'manager' MARIA. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! I ordered a happymeal and it took nearly TWENTY minutes for us to get it. I went in thinking it would be faster to get the food rather than usingthe drive through. She told me this was normal as they were understaffed.
