A employee named Rosemary was cussing and scrolling through Facebook being extremely dramatic about whatever was on her news... feed when I approved the counter to order my food. The staff here is great. It's the upper management that's the problem. I watched one of them berate a guy who was always... courteous and helpful to customers. Then, I never saw the employee again. Which was disappointing because I always knew I couldcount on fast, accurate, and friendly service when that employee was there. Read more
Use my points off their app religiously. Always have great deals to save some cash and then everything u purchase gets u more... points in which you trade in for free food! Love this idea! This particular location for the most part is pretty quick to getthru. Always have friendly and patient employees that I've seen. Restaurant is kept clean and tidy. Foods always been great. Worst McDonald's in Portland. Only 1 of the Drive Thru Order Personnel knows how to properly take an order. If it's not her,... your order will be wrong. Plus, food comes out barely warm and ordering through the inside takes forever. Read more
