Only one kiosk was working. No one was at the counter to take orders Service was incredibly slow, and the line for people... waiting for food was so long people walked away after paying because it was taking 20 minutes to get some nuggets. The food preparea was way too dark and the floor was wet and it looked unsanitary. The lunch rush hadn't even started yet so it really seemedlike the prep area hadn't been sanitized in awhile. Super fast and efficient. Not much more expensive than a regular McDonald's. The workers were all super pleasant. Breakfast food... hot and fresh. Not sure what else you can ask for in an airport McDonald's. Read more
Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a kids meal and 2 sundaes at 7:30. Didn?t get my order until 7:45. The sundaes were melted... were they made them first. The fries were cold. I took the fries back to get what I was hoping would be fresher fries but waswrong. The guy just took old fries and dumped them in the grease. Meanwhile the cook/prep was talking about how he couldn?t waitto smoke and get off and smoke and the tall guy with long hair and nose piercing replied to that with ?yea me too, I smokeeverything. The most painful ?Fast? food ordering process I have ever experienced!! I stood in line for 22 minutes with approximately 4... customers ahead of me and none of them had a complicated order. Now some would say, well this is at an airport and they wereprobably extremely busy. Well that assessment would normally be correct except this was on a Thursday at 0430 am. The cashierkept leaving to go to the back to assist the girl in the kitchen, which was fine but both of the individuals working there wereextremely slow! Then when I finally did receive my food the hash brown was barely warm. I would not recommend going here and ifyou have to, you might want to use the kiosk. Read more

I was about to order something savory to fill the tummy for my flight. Unfortunately seeing the lady that passed the food out to... everyone touch her hair and scratch her scalp every 10 seconds deterred me greatly. Gross. Read more
