My first order was a Big Mac with two large coffees. They allow three creams per coffee before charging supposedly. However they... charged me $0.60 for the six creams.. I also requested napkins and coffee stirrers and got neither. A week later I ordered twolarge coffees six cream on the side again I was charged 60 cents. On their information they stayed 99 cent delivery tree I'm 1.1miles away from them and they charged me almost $5. Also I was working in Portland they are based in Portland and they chargedme sales tax. Definitely not a store you do not want to keep an eye on and hold them honest. Read more
Major food poisoning. 2 Mcdoubles and a large fry. Been throwing up literally all night. Too many customers, too big of a rush,... I guarantee corners were cut. Only took a little over an hour for the sickness to settle in. Been sharing every other meal withfamily, and no one else is bothered at all. I KNOW this McDonalds gave me major Food Poisoning. Hey, it's McDonald's! But there's more to this one. It is open 24 hours, and the location not far off I-5 is great. Not bad as... far as parking, but on a Saturday when my little grandson was having his first birthday there, the parking lot did seem a littlefull. Regardless, the place is kept clean, the service and food are exactly what you want and expect in a McDonald's, and thestaff is very kind and welcoming. We found this to be true even while holding a birthday party here, where we simply took over asizable section of the restaurant merely by the presence of so many people. I've been to this location a few times in the past,and I have no doubt that I will be back again. Read more
This location is not always open late night or early morning hours. They've been closed at 3am to open back up at 5am. Many... nights only accepting cash. Customer service is ok, drive thru line is always slow because person taking orders purposely takestime between orders backing up the line. Not a very safe area with sidewalk camps and people on drugs walking around. ManyCustomers simply heading to work needs some food and one of the only 24 hour place open can't even do their part right. Read more
Horrible service, kept repeating the deal code from app and worker could never seem to get it right. Also the sandwich i got... cost 50Cents more than the other two McDonald's I go to. Finally my Mcgriddle literally had one tiny piece of bacon. I had tocheck my receipt just to make sure it said bacon lol. Not really funny. ?? Read more
I have only had a couple of very small issues here, and I?m here 4 days a week, over the last 120 days! The employees are nice... and polite. The day manager is kind, courteous, and caring, not just to his team, but to everyone, and is quick to fix an issuewith ease and without more trouble. This location is one of my favorites in Portland! Read more
Same here. If you don't like your job don't do it. How in the world you didn't understand COFE? I guess even if I will say it on... my Russian anybody will understand it. Anyway I ordered 2c which is quarter pounder deluxe and instead of that got some crispychicken... just tell me how, how is it possible not to understand numbers and COFE? Fast and clean. Too much priority is given to drive thru however. The same focus is not given to the walk in walk up person who... doesn't like the touch screen experience. Read more
