So picked up an order that I made through the app, was missing items.when did they stop checking the orders? Had to go in and... the guy that helped me stuffed the receipt in the bag and crumpled it up and threw it away and said they would remake the order,what a waste and not necessary. Took 10 to get the replacement order and then the didnt even put sauce,pickels and oinoin on themcribs!!!!! Absolutely incompetent, ask for my money back And they told only customer service can do that. 4 times now on thephone with them, they say the franchise owner needs to do the refund. Been a week and a have still no call or refund. This ishow much mcdonald's care about thier customers. Had to file a dispute with my cc to get a refund. Dined in, one soda machine was out of order. The other machine was out of all beverages. Other than that it was pleasant as... usual. Staff were nice and helpful and kept the place clean. Read more
I went to this location at lunch for an adult happy meal. I was sadly informed that they?re out of them. I?m currently sitting... at my desk eating my disappointment meal, I can?t even wipe my tears because I never received a napkin. Going thru the drive thru, the man could not hear us with the other outdoor sounds. There is no scream to check your order... with. Our order wasn't quite what it should have been.. and to top offf a bad timer, we had to pull around to the front towait for one of the two iced coffee drinks we bought. Which should have been a LG and in reality it. Was a small.,,,, I'm tiredof paying for something I don't get?. Read more
Just once I wish that my chicken nuggets could be fresh it was like eating greasy cardboard. And one dipping sauce. I miss the... sign only 1 million served. That's when it wasn't just fast but it was an experience. Can we get that with out #1 mealsomething to look fwd to doing? Read more
I don't normally review fast food locations. However, this lication was very clean for the amount of homeless that came in... during my visit. The employees were nice even after dealing with less than pleasant guests. Good job. Read more
So random craving right!!!!! The food was good, fairly standard mcds. Fries were 8/10, hubby's drink was 2/3full, but the... McFlurry.... No, I did not take one bite of this before this photo. Didn't ruin my day, but not giving 5 stars for that one.Would have gone back through, but the line wasn't worth it honestly, the fries would have been cold. I know I'm the minority in that I tend to order Doordash at 1-3am. McDonald's says it's always open on Doordash but the two... times in the past that I tried to order from this location at night, my orders were cancelled. I thought it was acoincidence. Tonight was the last straw. My order was cancelled at 12am, I thought no biggie and waited a couple hours to orderagain. I tracked it on screen as THREE different drivers showed up to wait for my order before abandoning it and eventually myorder cancelled. What is going on here that 3 separate drivers would abandon my order in the middle of the night when there'snot much competition? Something fishy must be going on here. I have never had this problem ordering anywhere else in the middleof the night. All my respect for the food service workers employed here, but they must be grossly understaffed or something. Read more
