Do they open at 5am or 5:30am? Well their website says 5, yet they never bothered to take the cones out of the drive trough... lanes so customers could get their food. Why say that you are open at 5 if you aren?t fully prepared to assist your customers? Iwent up to the drive through mic on foot to ask if anyone was there and no one answered me. I looked at the order screen and ithad an order on it. So I peeked around the corner and lone behold a bun had walked up and gotten a coffee. Apparently the drivethrough attendant was too occupied to do her job and help people who actually wanted to go through the drive through the rightway. Read more
absolute worst mcdonald's i have ever been to. the service is so slow and i should not have to wait 30 minutes for fast food!... let alone take-out. they always get my order wrong and even after correcting them, it is still wrong! they are under-staffed andprioritize the drive-through to the tons of students waiting inside. i have been so upset to come here during lunch after thesepast experiences. I go to McDonald's for nostalgic reasons... I wouldn't consider anything on the menu good per se... Once a month or less is more... than enough for me... It's the only fast food app I use because they have a wide variety of deals that can be utilized... Makingtoday's outrageous food prices a little more tolerable... I like to buy the happy meals so I can give my dog the toy which hehappily destroys... Read more
As far as terrible service goes this place takes it. Tried to order an ice cream cone without the cone in a cup for our daughter... with a Gluten Free diet and they tried to just wipe the ice cream off the cone several times. After explaining we couldn't havethe ice cream in contact with the cone they said they had to charge us more because that is a plain Sundae. Makes zero sense whythey would feel obligated to charge more for an ice cream cone for a child with an allergy. Never going back. Management wasincredibly rude about it and the servers were clueless. Other than a manager and another employee, I did not see anyone else there. Service was prompt, delivery was fast and the dining... room was very clean. I had to ask the manager to open the restroom door for me, which was also clean and well stocked. Myexperience at this McDonald's was unusual simply because it should always be this way instead of the unacceptable level ofservice I have been getting everywhere else. I ordered 2 meals. Large filet of fish meals one with Dr Pepper and other coke. 6piece nuggets. Get to window. They tried to... give me medium drinks. I said no I ordered large. They give me large but not the right drink order. They had to make again. Theygive me a bag with no straws so we asked for straws. We see the nuggets and the correct sauce but when we get home we realizedthey gave us quarter pounders with cheese instead of filet of fish!
