Would have given 0 stars if possible since I got 0 food, 0 service and 0 explanation. Earlier today at 3:20am, I headed for the... drive thru after working late. Aside from having to navigate the 181st and stark intersection that was shut down due to a policesituation, I made it into line at the drive thru. After waiting behind about 4-6 cars I got to the order station. No one, askedto take my order. After 5 mins of asking if anyone was available, I was asked if I had a mobile order. I said no and asked toorder and was told no more orders are being accepted. This is a 24 hour location? Mobile orders are being accepted tho? Poorestexperience with McDonalds in 30 years of being a paying patron. The purpose of a drive thru is to order food, if this process isonly for doordash or mobile orders, then this should be stated/signage prior to waiting and only to have wasted time literallyfor nothing. To the management of this location, please staff it properly, have your inventory adjusted according to highvolume times, and pay your employees so they stay working. These are common issues in a post Covid world but to be deniedsustenance with an already devastated late night offering in the Gresham area, this is tragic. This store is the worse! The stuff is mean an incompetent! 35 min wait at the drive thru it?s not fast food. The taking preset... guy cursed on me after I complained about the way. But the real true is the general manager obviously doesn?t know how to do itbetter! I drove off with out getting my order, on top of that. They still charging me and not refund ! Read more
I love this McDonald's, the staff at this location are very friendly, fast service, haven't had any issues with incorrect order... or missing items... &They never forget ur napkins and sauce. Food never seems to have been left out, the fries are alwaysfreshly cooked. Read more
Lined was too long waited over 45 minutes. And?. This McDonald?s have two lanes. Then when I get up to the speaker to make my... order, he was talking so low in the microphone I could barely her him. It's the worst McDonald's ever. I go there alot because it's close to my house. And almost everytime I go through the drive-thru... they always miss something from my order. Couple days ago we ordered 2 twenty piece chicken nuggets and McChicken s and mcdoubles as she's handng me my bags I asked her if sweet and sour sauce was in the bag. She says oh yeah in the bag. Of courseas we drive off there are no sauces in the bag and neither the 2 out of 5 sandwiches we ordered. It was really frustrating. Wehad to turn around and go back inside and the manager was really rude about the whole ordeal. I won't be going back to thislocation. I placed an order and didn't receive the full order and mentioned that I didn't. The drive thru person shooed me away. I told... him my order and was met with dismissal. He told me to get the rest of my order I would need to go back through the drive thru.(Because the person taking the order was told that I didn't need a receipt because the order was so simple.) I then pulledaround and told them I needed the receipt to show what my order was. (Mind you, I wasn't gone for more than two minutes.) Theguy was spaced it and said he had no idea who I was. I told him my order again. He said "I don't remember". I was prettyfrustrated at this point. I asked to speak to the manager. I arrived at 10 PM and waited in line for a good 30 mins, it was hot out and there were a ton of cars in front of me. The staff... was clearly working their hardest, despite the heat! I commend them for being friendly and welcoming, despite the warmtemperatures in their building. My order was correct. The fries weren?t ?too? cold but not hot. My only offer of improvementwould be to turn the air conditioning down so the staff can be more comfortable while they bust a move like they were doing.?????????? Read more
Would rate zero if I could. Everytime me or my wife order from here our order ends up incorrect. And last night our order was... messed up so bad she found mold in her nuggets, and our food was cold. And when called the store at 4am when we got our foodthey said they couldn't do anything about MOLDY food. Absolutely disgusting will never give this trash McDonald's or its trashemployees any more money for moldy food. Read more
