The people that take orders mess up your order when using an app and then blame you when app code won't work because it says... it's been used. Well yeah you used it already. And this isn't the first time or the first time they have messed up an order.When something goes wrong they just don't know what to do. Last time going there, that place just get worse. Mid-morning and they took forever, and as an added bonus told me the machine was broken and that they could give me a different... drink in exchange for the McFlurry I had already paid for. Their laziness in choosing not to clean the shake machine and explainthat it is "broken" needs to be called out. Acceptable. Even ordering through the app, anticipate an error or three. I have used the app with so many stores and this is... consistently the only location unable to read things such as "hot mocha" vs "iced mocha" as well as errors such as theirpreference of sauces vs what we actually order.. things of that nature. As per usual, their bad attitudes, bad food and wait times are absolutely insane. If your in a hurry or even a time schedule,... don't go to mcdonalds. Their food and service sure aren't worth the wait Read more
My boyfriend and I waited over 30 minutes to get our food curbside order while a person who just pulled up next to us got theirs... within 5 minutes. We saw cars flying through the drive through while we waited and waited. 0/10 would ever do a curbside here.They will totally forget about you. Worst part is is that we prepaid for the food so we couldn?t even just leave. They also didnot pick up their phone. Finally we got we the food and the employee did apologize but honestly that doesn?t cut it waiting for30mins for fast food. I work in customer service and definitely would have compensated that meal for the customer. Read more

They overcharge and will not give you the advertised price on the small mocha drinks. Tried to talk to the manager about fixing... the price and she called me a racist. This is the worst mcdonald's I have ever visited and based on other reviews the owner ofthis store needs to address these problems. I am contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint.
