IMPORTANT NOTE: Loving Hut is takeout only!!! You need to pay for street parking, so don?t pay for longer than you order pick... up. What gets me Is that the website doesn?t say takeout only and there?s a color at the bottom that says dine in. We orderedthe golden rolls which were ok, I would?ve preferred a more robust sweet and sour dipping sauce. We also picked up the map oftofu and sweet and sour divine. The sweet-and-sour divine was meant to be like a sweet-and-sour chicken, but by the time westarted eating it, it was kind of mushy. the mapo tofu was just ok. Honestly, the best thing was the Mumbai Spirit tea. Chaitea, soy cream, and cinnamon. I might be tempted to go back for that. Overall, I would say I was disappointed. Read more

I love this place I?ve been coming here since I was in middle school it?s still one of my favorite restaurants I mainly order... through DoorDash now but I loved dining inside its simple but cozy the gentleman that works there is extremely kind he alwaysgave us free rice cause we would eat so much of it with our food & we always left a big tip cause you just can?t get bettercustomer service anywhere else! Food is scrumptious! Ocean Catch sandwich is amazing! Fries delicious. Cheesecake is the best! Don't leave without dessert! ... There is still no dining inside. You can order ahead and pick up, or walk in and order and wait. They took about 15 minutes toprepare food for 5 meals. About 20 to bag up and pay. Really great place! Every time we go to Portland Art Museum (Loving Hutis only a few blocks away), we purchase lunch there, then take it back and eat in front of the museum in the park area. OH MY GOODNESS!! This restaurant is AMAZING!!! We have tried over the half the menu now and every single thing has been... delicious! We also appreciate them giving unique names to the dishes instead of trying to keep the old meat based names of manyof the items. Absolutely 10/10 restaurant that you must try! Read more

This was the best Asian vegan cuisine I've ever had. I ate here twice in 2 days because the food was so good. The gentleman that... runs the restaurant is incredibly helpful and friendly. I never ran out of water while seated. The restaurant vibe itself isreally homey and comforting. Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Read more

Cannot day enough good things about this place! Some of the BEST vegan food I have ever had. The owner is so friendly, fast, and... passionate. We came in 5 minutes after they opened, and we were brought soup and drinks immediately. Service was sooo fast butit was fresh! The place is so oriented around compassion and love.
