Nice and delicious organic pizza. Women run place and please support, they are wonderful and knowledgeable. This place was... featured on Netflix Chef's Table: Pizza. Please watch this and you will certainly crave for their specialty pizzas. Let's notforget to devour a couple scoops of their homemade ice cream. Excellently designed pizzas with some delicious pizza dough. Come here for some creative and inventive pizzas. The staff are... super friendly and helpful. Save some space for unique ice cream flavours! It can get a little loud at times so arrive early ortowards the end of the night. Read more
Loved our experience at Lovely's Fifty Fifty. The wait times tend to be over an hour if you're showing up after 5.30pm. Well... worth the wait for the delicious Pizza options. The ice cream flavors are also very unique and quite unlike other traditionalice cream places. More recently, getting featured on Chef's Table Pizza has made the place even busier than usual but theflavors, ingredients, ambience and overall experience are still very authentic and joyful. Highly recommend coming in early andputting your name down so you can get to eat at your preferred dinner time. Their pizzas are super interesting! We got a pie with peaches and pancetta as it?s main ingredients and we found that all the... flavor worked surprisingly hand in hand! I wouldn?t say a peach pizza is my go to pizza pick, but I would highly recommendedtrying it because it will surprise you! ALSO, their ice cream delicious! We tried their mint stracciatella and? wow! Lovely's Fifty Fifty is an excellent place for a fun and upbeat dinner with friends. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and... balances sophistication with a sense of belonging. They offer a variety of nuanced appetizers that complement the exceptionalpizzas that follow. The sausage and fennel pizza (pictured) and the kale and eggplant pizza come highly recommended. :) And fordessert, homemade ice cream with a variety of unique flavor combinations feels like a less whacky and more authentic version ofSalt & Straw. I highly recommend Lovely's for anyone trying to get a taste of what Portland's food scene is all about, and I'lldefinitely be returning soon. Read more
Over-Hyped and Over Priced The positives: nice people, very thoroughly organic and made from scratch. The bummers: flies... swarming in the kitchen, and the silly level of prices. $4 for a small dish of herb ranch. All salads, pizzas, bread (!) and theice cream were way over priced. Food flavors ranged from very good (carrot soup) to below average (anise sausage pizza). Ourdinner companions touted it as the best in Portland. Certainly there are other pizzerias that are better. We?ll look for one ofthose the next time we?re out for pizza. Not recommended. Read more
Funny enough the salad might have been my favorite dish. The pizzas were tasty and different from what you?d usually find. Also... got a scoop of ice cream to top off the meal with something sweet Lines pile up before this place opens so be ready to wait fora table.
