Stopped in for lunch on 11/26/22. Lady at front counter was very polite and greeted us when we came in. We dined in and waited... forever to get our food and the place was practically empty. They did not call our name to let us know it was done, and the foodsat at the counter for God knows how long. Food was cold, burger it self gets a five stars for flavor, but as for the fries theyare way to skinny and hard (get better at Mc Donald?s). Suggestions: when dining in customers should be served with a tray, notin a staples paper bag, offer ranch dressing, and make thicker fries. By the way Little Big Burger should not have the word bigin the restaurant name because there is no big to the burger whatsoever, and way to pricey for a NOT so big burger, but it wasnice COLD snack. Some of the best burgers around if you value quality over quantity. Their fries are addictive.

After 4 experiences of very raw hamburger when LBB first opened in Multnomah, it was over 2 years before I had the guts to try... it again. I?m sure glad I did. The burger was a perfect medium. The fries were great. I am so happy that I can enjoy LBB now.Yay! Read more
The brunch burger was sooooo satisfying. The truffle fries were perfectly crispy and voluminous. But most of all the lady who... was cooking and watching the register seemed genuine happy to give me my food. I?m not one to demand exceptional service from afast food place because it?s just burger not a 5 star restaurant AND I?m not an a-hole, but this employee was genuinelyfriendly. It was nice. ALWAYS 15 min late on mobile orders, always over cooked and always under seasoned. These are supposed to be Med rare and they... are inedible they?re so dry. I ended up taking back the burgers that we ate half of them to get a refund. They couldn?t evenrefund me without having to text and call the store manager first. What kind of place is this? Read more
Best fries around, but this chain forcefully shut down it's fledgling workers' union (the Little Big Union) last year. If you... don't want to support union busters, maybe choose someplace else. Pretty good truffle oil fries, though. Read more
Found out when I got home with my order they stopping giving fry sauce with the truffle fries, would have bought some if I knew.... Always buy the fry sauce it's a 5 star place with it. Read more
