The shrimp po boy was amazing.. the alligator Mac & Cheese with the spicy sauce was a bit much!! You can't taste the flavor only... the heat! I love spicy food, however spicy food with flavor. Read more

I?m adding one star because I cannot post without adding any stars?.buuuut, worst experience ever! After getting our we realized... that the shrimp wasn?t fried or had any type of coating on it. My Po? Boy was a disgusting combination of shrimp cocktail and awanna be Po? Boy. The jambalaya although advertised with sausage on it as shown by n their very own menu board came with no meaton it and tasted absolutely disgusting. When we went back to talk to them the level of aggression and disrespect wasunbelievable. The cook went on to tell us that they won?t refund anything or exchange because we got what we ordered and heknows how to cook it properly, that maybe we aren?t sure of how Cajun food should taste because we?re in Portland. Which Iironically we are only here temporarily from the South about two hours from New Orleans. He also went on to say that the pictureon the menu of the jambalaya wasn?t theirs it?s from another restaurant and that they don?t use sausage on theirs that it?s onlyveggie based ???? he ended the conversation by saying if you don?t like the food quality you shouldn?t have ordered thefood!!!! I was so happy to see a Montage cart! They have the best vegan mac in the city, and there is a ton of competition. It?s... perfectly spiced and has great noodle texture that can stand up to the sauce. Their jambalaya is also amazing. We added shrimpand sausage. Really digging the Hawthorne Asylum food carts!
