Reviews for Kubo in Portland, OR
I came to visit Portland to explore wonderful Food Experience. Stopped at Bethany Village to Eat at this "Kubo". I had tried... their Adobo and their soup [Sinampalukang Manok], ofcourse served with rice. Food was delicious, served hot, generous portions.Kubo has variety of Desserts if you're craving for one. Recommended to buy and to-go their Leche Flan/ Creme Caramel Flan; Staffthere was kind & welcoming & helpful with recommendations if you're not familiar with its menu; Great Service overall! Woulddefinitely to come back. Read more
We tried the lechon and the pancit palabok. The pancit was DELICIOUS! The lechon was good but a little sweeter than I was... expecting. I would definitely get the pancit again. Read more
Really wanted to love this place, as I?m a huge fan of Filipino food. Taste was ok. Portion size is on small size. Food wasn?t... packed properly. Both the rice container and chicken container opened on drive home, spilling in my car? Read more
Delicious, authentic, and freshly made! My family are Filipinos who recently came from Florida and wanted to eat a Fillipino... restaurant. We came here Saturday lunch. I ordered the pork sisig. So yummy! Tastes very home-y. Even my dad (who ordered theinihaw) said how the taste is what he used to have back home. Rex was very nice and friendly to us as well. :) Read more
I?m so happy Kubo is here! Being part Filipino I was raised to love our food. I?ve been twice and the food is delicious and the... dishes are from where my family originated. It?s family feel and amazing customer service makes me feel like I?m close to myculture. I am looking forward to my next visit! Come here for a true taste of the Philippines. ?????????? P.s. they cater too! Read more
I love the food (lechon kawali and inihaw/grilled) as it reminds me of home! Taste good and I can tell the pork belly?s... marinated well as I would want it. I only gave 4 stars coz the desserts aren?t very good, I love to eat and cook so I may soundtoo confident but my leche flan and ube jam are way yummier. Regardless, I?m glad to find a restaurant that has the food I likeeverytime I?m craving and don?t have to bother cooking it. Been here several times and it?s nice to support local restaurants incovid times. Thanks kubo! Read more
Delicious! First time having Filipino food. It was amazing. The spring rolls were the best I've ever eaten! They have a couple... of vegan options but no gluten free option. This is a small restaurant with no indoor seating so plan to eat at the nearbyoutdoor (some covered and heated) tables or take out. Friendly staff and very clean. I'm so happy I tried this place and willdefinitely be going back! Read more
