I had great ramen here and great service! We ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyu and my partner ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu. The... most outstanding part was the noodles: they were very bouncy and had a nice egg-ish that accented the broth very well. Themeats were very tender and seasoned. Same with the egg. The broth was light at first, but oddly enough got more savory andslightly salty the more you ate it. Everything tasted like it was prepared with care. We also got the karrage, which I reallyliked. The meat actually had quite a lot of savory soy flavors and the mayo was a nice touch. The service was also very good! Anice man brought us the ramen even though we were sitting upstairs. Absolutely delicious! The food came in a super cute reusable bag and I really appreciate the effort in minimizing waste. I got... the pork gyoza and they were so fresh and the sauce was just the right amount of tart. I also got the Tonkotsu shoyu traditionalramen and it was to die for. It was super savory and full of flavor with every bite. It?s a little on the saltier side so ifyour sensitive to salt or dont like a lot you should get the less sodium one.
