Reviews for Kingsland Kitchen in Portland, OR
Amazing food and service best part of my trip to Portland. Made sure my one year old had fresh fruit, even peeled the oranges... and she got to pick a toy out at the end. Pancakes were incredible and the whipcream is a must. Waiter and chef staff reallymade our experience the best. Oh! Also got a mocha and it warmed my soul ???? Read more
Crazy unique menu options! Our server was great, gave some delicious recommendations and everything was instaworthy of a pic... and satisfying too. Definitely give the beef braised brisket a try. Their pancakes with house made Cotton Candy were also ahit! This is thee spot for a smoked salmon Smoked Benedict! Read more
Really enjoyed our brunch! Definitely recommend the pancake shot. The savory bacon was the perfect way to end the JameO shot... (plus butterscotch schnapps? Yum). We got the smoked salmon Benedict and the bacon and cheddar omelette. The English muffin wassuper tasty on the Benedict and the eggs from the omelette were super fluffy. 4 stars because the Irish coffee cocktail wasn?tnecessarily my taste but it was strong so I still recommend it. We got there about 10-10:30 and there wasn?t a long wait. Ourserver was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a good spot for breakfast and brunch! Read more
We dropped at this place at around 9am on a Saturday with a 4 year old. The food was great, the atmosphere was pleasant and the... music was chill. We saw at least another group with a young kid like ours. But there were couples and friends grabbing breakfastand chatting. I had the Biscuits and Gravy, my wife had the California Omelette and our son had the Silver Dollar Pancakes. Thepotatoes on the Omelette had a unique and very tasty flavor to them, and the jam is house made. The service was A+? at one pointone of the staff members approached our table and told our son that if he ate all his food and listened to his parents he wouldget a prize; and she came though. She came back with tray of goodies for our son to pick from at the end. He got a yo-yo out ofthe deal! That was a very unique and clever way to help parents with young children like us and we appreciated the nice touch!Overall a good experience! Read more
Oh my goodness, what a delightful spot for brunch. I went fully expecting to get a "British breakfast" but on the recommendation... of the staff, I went with the Lazy Cow Breakfast Tacos instead, which I'm so glad I did. It was like a party on my plate, and inmy mouth! I sat on the barstools facing the windows with a perfect view for people-watching. The tacos were so flavorful andserved with pickled onions, a roasted pepper (serrano?) and seasoned potatoes. So so good. Would definitely order again!???? The staff were also very friendly. It picked up quite a bit in business after 10am so I did need to wait a while to get thecheck, but thankfully had a delightful view to occupy myself. Read more
The food is great and the service was relatively quick. I really like this place and can?t wait to eat here again! The meal... portions are fairly large for me, so it works great to split the meals with someone. Tried several of the cocktails and theywere all really good. Read more
The meal was pretty tasty. I had the No. 10. Great brisket and tasty bun but overall the entire sandwich lacked multiple... textures. Would love to find a way to add a crunch! My wife had the fried chicken Benedict which was also pretty good. Could usesome hot sauce or more acidity somehow. Coffee and cocktails were good. Felt a little rushed being asked to pay the bill priorto even getting a coffee refill. Read more
Service was amazing, the breakfast was too. We were staying in a hotel in downtown and looked for a place to walk too! My Wife... had the breakfast burrito, it was giant and delicious. I had the #10 breakfast sandwich. I was in heaven. Come hungry! I'mso glad we chose this one. We will come back. Read more
