Definitely rich but overwhelmingly salty. The noodles didn?t seem like they were made from scratch but maybe they were? Also... genuinely confused about why the service tip prompts you to leave 18-25% when the woman who takes the order is pretty cold, andthere?s absolutely no service. It may not be the fanciest, but it's very very tasty, friendly, and I know this is a personal bias, but they have great taste in... music. I was happily stuffing my face, when suddenly the theme song to Serial Experiments Lain (Duvet by Boa) comes on andsuddenly I'm transported back to 1999. I'm always skeptical about Ramen made in the U.S., because I have had great Ramen in Japan. It was okay. The downside is that... the broth was not hot. It sure takes the quality down. Broth was tasty. Noodles were okay. Not worth the price. We also hadgyoza. Not very good. Chicken wings as well, not that great. Don't waste money on the side dishes. Read more
