TLDR: Food is 5/5, customer service / experience is 1/5 stars. For reference, this is the nearest place to my work, and I've... eaten here 2-3 times per week for the last 4 months or so. I've tried everything on the menu, and it's all good. I've yet to belet down by the food. However, I am continually let down by the staff / online ordering system. I never order at the counter, Iusually put my order in online anywhere from 30-60 minutes beforehand. Even putting in my order that far in advance, I'd sayabout 1/3rd of the time the food isn't ready when I get there (it says on the website the food can be ready in 15 minutes tops).There is never any apologies, never any accomodations, or really anything other than a "your food isn't ready yet.". There alsois no way to just grab your to go orders. You must wait in line (which is usually about another 5-10 minute wait) to ask foryour food. This, presumably, is due to the fact that the restaurant is surrounded by crime and addicts who would otherwise stealthe food, which is another obstacle when trying to get food here. Read more
Solid burgers with interesting, tasty options accompanied by great tasting fries. Basic atmosphere with loud music playing... overhead. They offer lettuce wrap for those trying to cut carbs and two sizes of patty depending on how hungry you are. Read more

TL:DR - All in all a good place with a very satisfying burger. The kind of place that has good prices on food and drink while... cranking out Alice in Chains. A slightly awkward layout and location with a poor bathroom situation. Would definitely go again.Put an egg on it. Read more
The burger was definitely a killer! Burger was juicy and the toppings were great. Had the bender burger with fries.. made my... nose run - loved it. Fries were like double fried or something because they were super crispy. Some of the staff was a bitsnooty or having a bad day as they pushed my burger on the table without so much as a peep. Had the pint size classic. It was good. Not anything out of the ordinary hence the classic. There are other burgers there that... were unique though. Reason I gave 3 stars was the customer service was not very friendly as others have mentioned. Read more
