To the lady cashier with red hair who said her name was ?Dahlia?, fix your attitude and customer service skills. Rude customer... service, she charged for an extra item, & tried to lie about it. Didn?t even apologize for the mix up and still gave an attitudeeven while we were being nice. I lost my appetite after that horrible experience. 0/10 & I never leave bad reviews so this saysa lot. They always seem to get your order wrong here and their chicken is cold and over cooked lately. Not going back! Just read the... reviews...the employees are crash test dummies and this place is in need of a good manager like a yesterday. Eat at you own riskthis place is not busy for a good reason. Read more

Appalled. We paid for our order on line. I received an email confirmation with an order number. My wife arrived and they told... her another person with my 1st name already picked up the order. We said no here is the order confirmation, don't you checkthat. She said no. We asked if they could remake the order. She said we would have to pay for the order all over again. Thiswent around a couple of times and we could see that finding a resolution or taking care of thier mistake was not important. Weasked foe a refund. We were given a 1800# and told it had to be handled by corporate. My wife asked for her name. Shestonewalled her. She asked again and the manager mumbled something. On the 3rd request my wife asked for it in writing So Iguess thier policy is take your money then tell you it's your issue, take it up with corporate Really sad because our kids likeKFC but thus family will never be back. ???? Do Not Go Here ???? If you want chicken jerky you'd be better off going to Petsmart. At least Petsmarts chicken jerky has... enough flavor my dog'll eat it. On my last visit, the drive-thru attendant asked me to pull around to the parking lot. Ithought this was strange because no one was in line behind me. After waiting 15 minutes I gave up and went in. The employeeswere busy socializing with each other and had forgotten my order on the counter. I got this look that non-verbally implied, "Howdare you bother us." It's been about a month since my last visit so I thought I'd give them a second chance tonight. When I gothome I discovered they had given me chicken too dry to eat. I composted it. Update: Many months later It's still on the side ofmy compost pile and rock-hard. Read more

I'm pretty sure they don't know how a drive through works. They only take one person's order at a time. It takes 3 cars 30... minutes to get through a line even when it's slow. It's very obvious that management doesn't take the time to properly traintheir employees. Read more

Bought an 8 pc tender meal with mashed potatoes & gravy & mac n cheese ($28.99), paid extra for a large fry as well from the... Barbur Blvd KFC. They charged $34.98 but didnt give me the fries or any dipping sauces for chicken strips. Rushing & rude staff.Will not buy from this site again. Read more

Such a freaking rip off... 12 piece tender meal, extra large side, and a drink costs $52 1/2 of the tender pieces were chicken... nugget sized Breading wasn't even fully fried. Large mashed potatoes fill up only half the container Forgot the extra side oflarge fries.... This location is cheap and trying to swindle your money. Cannot speak on the behalf of other locations butthis is the 2nd time over a period of 2 years that I have been here. Both times ripped off. Read more

DO NOT ORDER BEYOND FRIED CHICKEN FROM THIS LOCATION There was an actual chicken wing in a box of the Beyond fried chicken,... almost indistinguishable from the vegetarian wings. This is not okay. Props to Beyond for such a convincing product (clearly)but incredibly disappointing to see the roll out of such an innovative option off to a difficult start. Staff failed to providea recipict for the transaction so perhaps it was intentional on their part, either way: very disappointing. Hopeful that Beyondcan find a better company to partner with, one that can see the impact such a product can have. No doubt a phone call to Yum!and regional offices are in order, come business hours.
