Ordered and one hour later I didn't even get it my sandwich. One employee told me to 'order more ahead of time' and that they're... 'understaffed'. I work across the street and I never received any call that my order had arrived. Employees did say they wouldremake and redeliver and offered a $5 credit. Ordered 4 sandwiches online March 2, 2022. Orders accepted. Went to pickup and location was closed. Lots of potential customers... showed up to the surprise. No email or text to tell me. Update: Got a very nice call apologizing. They have a severe staffingshortage for weekends. Are trying to hire and train. There was a glitch in the online system that allowed orders. Read more
Freaky fast? More like freaking slow. Took almost an hour to get my order, and I work less than half a mile away. Sandwhich is... crushed it looks like, and it wasn't cut in half like I requested. This is probably the worst Jimmy John's I've ordered from.They don't update their order statuses either. I ordered pick up from here a few days ago, and didn't know my sandwhich wasready for pickup, when it had been done 15 min before I arrived. Read more
The sign on the business says open till 8, all the neon signs were off, and the door locked. An employee came to the door and... explained those two signs are meant only for the week days. If that is the case, it should differentiate on the sign week daysversus weekends. I would use the link you provided me for feedback, but your website for giving more details comes back withthe error message "Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error" So, I'll give move info that I was providing there. On7/31/2021 at about 3:45pm, my wife and I went to the door of the Airport Way location, only to discover it was closed. Anemployee opened the locked door to tell us they were closed. I pointed to the sign that is to the upper left of the door, abovethe 'Free Smells' sign that say's "Open till 8PM", he replied that's only M-F. I mentioned they probably want to update thesign then since that is NOT notated anywhere. That IS the only sign notating the locations hours. My wife and I went to JerseyMike's instead. Read more
