I'm impressed with the quality of their customer service. I once had an order get delivered a bit late. I filed a complaint, and... the manager actually directly called me and offered to make it right. I wouldn't have expected that from a usual sub chain. Theyalways have excellent quality subs. The subs are a bit pricier than most competitors, but you get what you pay for in myopinion. This is my favorite sub place besides East Side Deli, which is too far away downtown. Read more
The staff is friendly; sandwiches are great. I tend to come during the lunch rush and everyone is still cheerful even though... it's busy. The line always moves really fast. It's a tradition to get sandwiches from here for the whole family once a week. Ilove this location so much I come from Forest Grove to get them! Read more
I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with bacon, they didn't give it bacon, they were still happy to charge me full... price though. This is the only Jersey Mike's location I've ever had a bad experience at. Buyer beware I guess. Read more
The staff here are always so friendly and funny. My food is perfect every time, they even ring my order up as something... different to save me a dollar (I never remember and they always do!). Today, I asked for extra pickles. I told him ?go wild withit, man? and he did. It was perfect. Read more
So I normally would give this place a five star review. The past three times I have gone in, which has usually been around... 8-8:30 pm because I get off work late, they have been out of bacon. My wife will only eat the BLTs here. She is sad when thishappens because it?s the only sub shop I can get her to eat at, and I love subs. Plus all the other ones just don?t taste asgood. I don?t know what has changed lately whether it be management or just a new staff? It was 8:30 when I walked in tonight ona Friday night and they had already put their whole prep line away. I used to be able to show up sometimes as late as 10 minsbefore close and they always had what I wanted. Now I guess I will have to find another place because I can?t keep coming herefor pure heart break. I will change this review when things have changed until then it will stay. I used to love this place andnow it?s like they don?t want my business anymore since the staff wants to close an hour to half an hour before what the signand online hours say. Change something so I don?t have to waste my time and gas to come over to see a staff shutting down earlyon a Friday night. Read more
I just had my food delivered and I can't even eat it. My sub had so much oil on it the bread was soggy. I took the bottom... bread off to try and eat it and the oil was still so overwhelming. 25.00 down the drain. Read more

As a person from New Jersey, I have a high standard for subs. While I have never been to Jersey Mike?s when I was in New Jersey,... I thought this place is like other sub sandwich places and not so good, I was so wrong. Their subs are great!!! I even go toJersey Mike?s when I?m in New Jersey. Now Jersey Mike?s is our go to place when I need a sub fix!!! AND I drive 6.4 miles topick one up and it is totally worth the drive. I am so happy to find this sub place. Read more
