Very busy. Good communication from one worker particularly about wait times. (He needs promotion) Didn't get what i wanted cause... was advised there were many hot sammiches before me and i was on my lunch so didnt have time to wait around. Settled for a miniroast beef. Very tasteless. Ive had yummy food here in the past but this made me regret the long wait. Fed me but wasnt tasty atall. It literally tasted like "nothing" and the counter for food prep was pretty gross the gal scraped it all away and promptlythrew my sandwich up there and then dumped so much oil and vinegar on my tiny small to go sammich i kinda wanted to die. Ihaven't gone back since even tho food on the island is hard to come by. Id visit more often if i could actually order what iwanted without waiting 30 plus minutes. Read more
Super busy Saturday afternoon. All employees did a great job in getting the food out. The sandwiches were awesome!
Really good subs. Only complaint I have is not as many veggies as subway but their bread and quality of ingredients make it... better to me. They also have a giant size sub that is enough for 2 meals for me. Their point reward system is pretty good too. Read more

This location is great! We love Jersey Mike?s. The flavors are always great as is the quality of the ingredients. My son gets... the #13 and I get the #2 Mike?s way. But this location is the best. The young woman that served us was very personable and wentabove and beyond in making our sandwiches! Read more

Amazing crew! Very welcoming and accommodating! Clearly a well organized organization that believes in training their employees... well. They have a special station for gluten-free sandwiches and take special care to avoid cross contamination. If you get itthe Mike's way, don't be surprised by the amount of oil and vinegar. It tastes great that way, but you can ask for light and get1/2 the amount.... Want even less, just ask. Read more
Online order, told food ready in 45 mins. Arrived at the time they indicated the order would be ready and was told it would be... right up. 35 minutes later I finally got my order. The order did consist of hot sandwiches but I sat well over my time I amalloted for my lunch hour, and watched easily more than 100 sandwiches made for the walk in customers (lots of those hotsandwiches) before my order.
