I rarely have the time to keep up with my to-do list, much less hop on the Internet to leave a review, but I have to say that... the Jack-in-the-Box that I went to today was very much worth mention. Of particular note was their manager (I think it wastheir manager) whose name I unfortunately did not get. I had had a very harried day today and she tended to my needs with sucha positive attitude and such a big smile but I left feeling so much better about my day. On top of that the food was delicious?I wish I knew her name; and I am hoping someone reaches out to let her know that she made someone?s day better. Avoid this one. Spent $5 on a box of burnt onion rings and they won?t exchange them with a receipt. F JITB
Frequently understaffed so they close early, oftentimes my drink order is wrong, and sometimes the wait is ridiculous. The... people who do show up to work are extremely nice however, and otherwise I typically enjoy the food I receive. This really feelslike someone is cutting corners higher up and the effects negatively impact the experience almost every time I decide to givethis location another try. Also, not open late at night incase you're up late wanting fast food. This did not affect the scorethough, review based purely on my relatively recent past experiences. Read more
They were open but both managers working could not make orders because the cook was not in yet. They did however make me a... milkshake after I pretty much begged for one. I thought myself as a manager you should be apt to all positions of the store youmanage, including making orders for customers. Mind you They were open the other cook had just clicked out and this was like 4in the afternoon... Read more
We got breakfast jacks and Oreo shakes. The shakes were awesome! The Sanford sandwiches were perfect. The folks in the drive... through were so cheerful, it turned my day around!! They are great. ???? Read more
I get being understaffed, but if you are not open turn off your sign and put up a note. This worker was sitting here enjoying... his milkshake, with the headset on (nice to know I was being ignored) and shaking his head while not wanting to make eyecontact. I don?t mind going somewhere else, but professionalism is expected. Read more
First off I don't understand why this place is still not letting anyone in to eat. Only drive thru and you would think they... would be able to get that right, but no. Tried calling the number on the receipt and have yet to get a call back. This place hasreally disappointed me with the franchise. Read more
