They only had the drive through open I had a large truck so I had to walk through It got both my orders wrong and were cold.
Without fail this location takes an insanely long time to make your food and often it's not even the correct order once you get... it. If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant chain has the worst service I've experienced at any restaurant chain before.... This franchise is a hot mess. The posted hours online are almost never correct. I've wasted so many trips coming to this orother Jack in the Boxes in this area only to find that they are closed but they didn't bother to change it in the app. It's noteven right before close or right after opening that I've experienced this. Sometimes they just aren't open in the middle of theday. The employees seem to hate working here, which I don't blame them for at all. It seems like they are getting the brunt ofthe blame for what I see as a failure of management. It makes me sad because I used to like coming here a lot. If you'rereading this, don't waste your time. There is a Hispanic male who works at the drive thru and has terrible customer service. He brings this place further down.
