Great friendly night staff. I think her name was Pam....she was awesome. We undecided and she was patient.
This location needs to step it up. I waited in line for the employees to put the menu board together for 7 mins. Then the lady... at the window was short and rude. There was no croissannts no jelly and i had to pull around front and wait for my food foranother 7 mins. Once i got my food it was cold! Ridiculous and a waste of my money! Read more
I sat in the drive thru for an hour on a Monday night with only 5 cars ahead of me. Absolutely the worst store I have ever been... to. I don't know what is going on but even being short staffed nothing should have taken an hour to prepare and get out. It'sabsolutely rediculous. I will never go there again. Read more

Their croissant sandwich is very good. But, no coffee available at 8:30 in the morning. So, is it the policy not to offer... coffee with breakfast? I don't know...but next time will either stop and get coffee elsewhere or skip going to Jack in the Boxall together. Read more
They don't cook your order! until you make it. this is great! it means you're going to wait a little longer at Jack In The Box.... but you're going to get fabulous food. I started craving Jack in the Box earlier in the day. well I rolled in and got the doublefish combo for $5. I must say it exceeded my expectations. the lettuce was crisp.fish was crispy. I asked for hamburger with mayonnaise only. Was asked to wait by the pick up door. There was no line at all. Ten minutes later... a man brought out my order. I was appalled.
