Strange they have wonderful egg rolls! Their onion rings aren't bad at all (but Burgerville Walla Walla onion rings are the best... - but only available for a limited time). Don't use Airport Way location, they have a staffing cook issue! The meat lover'sburrito is fabulous!!!! Read more
I would give zero stars if I can. Avoid this location at all costs. This is the most mismanaged and poorly staffed fast food... place I have ever seen. Multiple issues. I was there a few months back at 230 in the afternoon. Person in drive through askedus, 4 people in vehicle, to come back in 30 minutes because they couldn't help us... Last night I entered drive through at 950pm (they are stated to be open until midnight) directly behind another vehicle. Vehicle in front of me ordered successfully andI then pulled up. Sat there for a few moments and wasn't greeted. I started ordering and the lady says "closed". I said excuseme did you say closed. She said "closed". OMG!! Never again. We went inside put order in, only had orange soda, no ice. Took them 25 minutes to finish our order and we... were the only ones there. The extra 10 minutes waiting for drinks. He said machine not working while he was on phone. Finallygot it going. Meanwhile lady walks in never got waited on, she left. They offered something free for waiting. Never freaking open! Even at like 5:30 pm last time. They literally have ONE employee working at all times so when it's their... lunch time they close down the restaurant.. and they obviously had some delinquent tagging on their menu board.. ????becausethey had some disturbing/vulgar options handwritten on the menu.. When you order monster tacos at this location they seem to give you the cheap tacos instead of the monster tacos and almost... every time they're not cooked thoroughly and all greasy because they seem not to drain them after deep frying and when you tryand call to complain about it they don't ever answer the phone and when you go inside they insist that they gave you the correcttacos even though I did not eat them and tried to show them they didn't want to see and we're not interested in my complaint..so I stopped going to Jack in The box all together.
