This particular Jack in the box feels like this franchisee has just given up and literally phones it in. There are pot holes the... size of a small car in their parking lot. They have been there for years. If you can't be bothered to fix those, what wouldcompel me to go inside? The drive through is ridiculous to try to navigate. There are signs on all of the curbing, of peoplethat weren't quite up to the task. Once every couple of years I give them a chance, not again. The customer service has gone down hill and seems to be going further down hill. They can't get orders correct and what they do... give seems old and soggy or greasy. Read more
The food was great but the dining for the most part is completely closed and chairs are blocking off the seating. They use the... chairs to create a barrier. I had to go past the chairs to sit in down. I was the only one in there. I Understand they mighthave wanted to do that with the virus but the virus is over now. If the food wasn?t so good I would give them one star. Read more

Absolutely terrible. Might as well have been talking to an alien with how difficult it was to communicate the order. Took over... 15 minutes to get the food, being the only car in the drive through. Wrong sizes on combos, small curly fry with 6 sad fries. Nostraws. Ordered a sriracha burger and got whatever this monstrosity is in the photo. Got 2 tacos I didn't order, assumingsomebody is now missing their food. The worst part though and the only reason I'm writing this review? The parking lot is likedriving across the surface of the moon with how many pot holes and how comically large they are. The franchisee/owner should beembarrassed with how terrible they run their location. Just awful. Read more
Tacos were mjssing from my order but besides that ....... Here is the 4 piece chicken strip with large fries - strips look more... like nuggets and fries were less than half full (and most were lumped all together) Read more
Just went to this restaurant and it says it closes at 10pm. When we puked up to the drive thru the lady said it was closed. We... told the lady that it says they close at 10pm. And she said she k ows but they need to clean up and so they can't take ourorder. Do better owners. If it says 10pm it should be 10pm Read more
