All the food was delicious and filling. The mango Lassi was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Good portions sizes and... polite staff. I will be coming back. Read more

I am not normally one to complain about portion size, but Indian Oven seems to be going through shrinkflation. We ordered... Chicken Makhani ($20) and Saag Paneer ($17). They were tasty but absolutely *tiny*. I measured the container and we got about acup of each. I think portions could have easily been double and it still would have been a little expensive for what wegot. Will not be going back. Read more

Zero star if possible. This place tastes like microwaveable food. The person serving our food was a shady guy who was making the... food scarily fast. The windows and doors are all boarded up. It was garbage and I was sick for a day after. Avoid this place atall costs. Read more

The vegetarian curries are really good especially the masoor dal and saag paneer. I just wish the parathas and rotis were little... smaller just like homemade. Aloo paratha was too big and the flavor were just ok. Read more

The best Indian food in portland! You see the food being cooked, and it?s cooked by the gracious owner of the place. It does... take a while to get your food, but that?s because they start making your food from scratch right when you order it. I wouldrecommend going here when you don?t have plans afterwards. I'm surprised this place only has 4.3 stars. The food here is excellent, best Indian food in Portland IMO. The only downside is... sometimes the wait is long but well worth it for the quality. Read more

The food is excellent! Every ingredient tastes fresh and home-kitchen prepared. A friend and I decided to try on a whim and we... both agreed that it was the best Indian cuisine we had ever had-and we have a tradition of trying Indian restaurants together. The curry is NOT that oily, thick, ?from a can? goop that I have had in other places. Instead, it is a translucent slow simmeredsauce with fresh herbs and spices. The hosts are wonderful. The restaurant staff are doing their best to protect themselvesfrom Covid. Please be respectful and understanding when you visit: there?s a table for guests to get their own utensils andwater. Just go with the flow and you will not regret visiting because the flavors are delightful! Read more
