Terrible today. Slow, food took 45 minutes from the time that we ordered. Multiple people left, there was no host at the front.... Food was cold, over cooked. The surrounding areas were dirty, messy tables, floors, etc. Heard the "manager" yelling at someoneto get off their phone. Read more

Some of the food was sort of okay, but most of it was just not good. On top of that, the staff was very rude and dismissive. I... had to wait 15 minutes past my pick up time for my order and it was already a 35 minute wait time. I try to be understanding ofrestaurant staff being busy and it being stressful sometimes. However, I was very patient and after being ignored for a longtime, I was still nice about the interaction, and yet they were still rude about everything. I watched 3 groups of people comein wait, be passed by staff but not be addressed at all for 10 or so minutes before finally leaving. They have some things theyreally need to improve on, if you are busy and/or understaffed, I get it but you can still at least acknowledge your customers. Read more
Have had brunch here with my nephews a number of times, and it's mostly an enjoyable experience. Every time I've been to this... location though it has been understaffed, sometimes with only one cook. There has always been a wait to be seated, to order andto receive the food. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. The wait staff are friendly in spite of the stressthey seem to be experiencing, and the food has always been good when it arrives. The pancakes, french toast and crepes are allgood. My nephews are champs, and sometimes when the wait has been extra long the server will bring them a fruit bowlon-the-house to tide them over. I work at this location, and let me tell you, the people in the kitchen do not care about the customer. Your food will ALWAYS... arrive cold, and very possibly undercooked for one reason: The manger named Jessica only hires inexperienced people. No one backof house has any training, they constantly undercook items, and also hold food well past the expiration date. Please do yourselfand your family a favor, and go to another location or just another restaurant. I promise you will thank yourself for doing so. Read more

Our waitress was Raven. It was an hour before lunch and she did not come back to see if we needed anything after we got our... food. We didneed more napkins due to the messy burgers we ordered. She did give good service to the 2 gentleman sitting at thetable next us as she kept going and speaking to them. This was the worst service I have had at this location ever. Read more
