The Wings OH my goodness! Could eat those everyday, they are delicious! We had ours with BBQ sauce. The combo plate was great,... we had the bbq chicken and beyond ribs. The Salted Bourbon Vanilla cheesecake was really good, and a great finish to our meal. The portions are generous, and so we brought home another whole meal. With so many options, and a friendly and helpful staff, wewill be back soon to try out more of their menu. Read more

Went in and had a beer. The staff were very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Looked like they had an expansive vegan menu... with attractive options. Read more

As someone who isn't vegan but is lactose intolerant I have grown to love vegan foods. Truly one of the best locations I have... ever been to. The buff burrito is simply amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. So so so good. I will definitely beback! Read more

Food we ordered was sooooo good. My 13yo son and I are vegans and its incredibly rare to find restaurants with options for us... where we live. Decided to make this stop on our road trip as a special treat. The noodles for the Mac n cheese were slightlymore overcooked than we would have liked, but flavor still good. All the staff were very friendly too. Wish we lived closerbecause we would be here all the time. Read more

Another cute gem on Lombard you've gotta try! All vegan menu focusing on barbecue and southern dishes. We ordered the Beyond... ribs with Mac and cheese and loved it! I'm not normally impressed by Mac and cheese but this was very flavorful. There were somany delicious looking things on the menu it was hard to pick just one! Prices were reasonable for the amount of food you got.Staff was very helpful and the place was really clean and charming. Read more

This is the 3rd reiteration of Homegrown Smoker i?ve dined at. The first being in SW Portland, the second at St. john?s before... the original owner sold it and now run by Mockingbird. The core of the menu is still pretty much the same. Smoked and bbqcomfort food but the menu did look smaller this time round. The taste however did not disappoint. They also have some of themost massive portions in Portland, always bring a tupperware as you?ll be bringing half the food home. The only reason to visitSt. john?s for me living in Belmont without a car but wouldn?t travel this far often. Read more

We had visited Homegrown BBQ awhile back but I didn't get a chance to post a review at the time. My husband and I went here... while visiting Portland and we aren't vegan, but we really enjoyed this place. We had a platter of various things and enjoyedeverything to the last bite. Great place for sharing a plate and people watching. Read more

We were lucky enough to join their reopening event. Food was delicious and service was quite warm and friendly. We had the BBQ... ribs with Mac cheese, probably the best jackfruit ribs in PDX. I enjoyed the vanilla cheesecake, too. Read more
