Best bagels around! I love the chewy exterior and soft interior of a boiled bagel. The lox bagel is really good, albeit a bit... pricey. Only complaint is that the cheese bagels look like someone threw a slice of American cheese on a bagel and melted it. Read more
Close early with a sign that said they were sold out even though they clearly were not. (See pic with PILES of bagels). Nothing... more frustrating than businesses not following their own, clearly, posted hours. Read more
Bagels are one of my favorite foods and I?ve had a million different bagels in NYC, some good, some bad, some incredible. My... bagel from Henry?s was kinda just ?meh?. It got the job done but wasn?t necessarily good enough to really enjoy or want to goback. Honestly, it didn?t taste very fresh to me! Stopped here for a pair of bagel sandwiches; menus are on the windows, with one person allowed inside at a time. Took about 10... minutes after ordering to get them, which amounted to a nice walk around the block. Both breakfast sandwiches, one with baconand one with morning star soy patty, were pretty standard, though bagels had a nice chew and flavor. Not my favorite but wouldstop again if in the area.
