Such lovely staff! We went to get a drink and I had the whiskey sour and my partner had a beer then one of their no proof... cocktails with fresh squeezed juice. Sandwich week day 1, I tried the cubano at this bar. They stopped serving their entire menu for this week. Thick pork, juicy... pickles, fresh baguette and thin-cut fries that resemble better quality/seasoned McDonald?s fries. I?ll definitely be back totry the rest and grab a beer while I?m at it! My kid had a thing at PCC Cascade. I had two hours to kill, and it was dinner time. I Googled what might be good within waking... distance and ended up at Haymaker-- turned out to be the right choice. On a cold winter evening this small establishment wasperfectly cozy. Bartender was amiable and efficient. Relatively small selection of draft beers, but the available selectionsrepresented an excellent spectrum to choose from... quality over quantity. Food was outstanding. I don't know when I'll ever beback in this neighborhood, but I'd love to return to Haymaker. I hope the locals hit this place a lot, it's a gem! Read more
