Food and drinks were phenomenal! I absolutely loved it! I do have to knock off a star because I feel it's a bit too pricey. My... husband ordered the Beef Rendang and it was knock your socks off good. I ordered the special after it was read to me andstupidly did not ask the price of it. It was a pork chop with apples and peaches. When I got the bill it was FIFTY FIVE DOLLARSfor a single pork chop with no sides. But hey that's on me for not asking. I just never thought a pork chop would cost that muchso I didn't think to ask. It was good and the fat melted in your mouth like butter but it was not as good as my husband's dishand certainly not worth the price. The drinks were phenomenal. The immunity idol is one of the best mixed drinks I've ever had. It's just small for $14 a drink. The donuts were also amazing. The staff were super friendly. Management went around often tomake sure everyone was happy and getting their orders in a timely manner. It was also really cute sitting outside. I hear therice table is amazing and I would be willing to try it for our next special occasion. Overall, this is some of the best foodI've had since moving to Portland a few weeks ago! I only wish it were more affordable even if only by a little bit. Read more
Simply delicious. I would recommend the Rice Table experience to anyone. It speaks volumes when everyone at the table likes... everything and at the same time, everyone has a different favorite. The flavors are bright and varied, every bite has its ownidentity, yet combines perfectly with everything else. The attention to flavor combinations is impeccable. Muchrecommend. [Accessibility: No thresholds to speak of, except for a tiny bump. Lots of open space and easy to move chairs] Read more
Second time eating Gado Gado, this time with a vegan. We were pleasantly surprised by the vegan dishes! There were 4 options on... the A La Carte menu that paired well, we especially loved the golden corn curry. Service was the best we received in Portland. They definitely check your vaccination cards. Great food and services in a small, rundown shopping center. There wasn't a lot of parking space near the restaurant, so we... parked down the street. Inside was very loud and eclectic with a fun vibe. We got the rice table and everything was deliciouswith amazing flavors. Read more

We had to try this place because our “foodie” friend, with similar taste to us, was raving about Gado Gado as one of his... go-to places. The food was good. Each dish had a personality of its own. I think the only thing I would comment on is the priceswere of a fine dining restaurant without the fine dining experience. Although, the portions were similar to what you wouldexpect with fine dining. The two of us ended up spending $175 before the tip. $60 of the tab was from the two beverages we eachhad. Our outdoor table was in a parking lot with a street view. If we return, we will try to be more thoughtful about what weorder. Read more
