I finally made it over here to try the fresh pulled noodles. I paid to park right out front and walked into the noodle house. ... I ordered: beef/vegetable fresh pulled noodles, side of daikon, side of kimchi, cup of hot and sour soup. The server waspolite and the food arrived quickly. The noodles were delicious, there was not much beef included—beware of the high quantityof garlic. The daikon and Kimchee was not bad. The hot and sour soup was very flat and boring. I would give 5 stars if thehot and sour soup was better, and there was more beef with my noodles. Read more
Lives up to the hype! Incredible hand made noodles and great sauces/flavors. Decent price and great service. Recommend!
I liked the noodles. Frank needs Transparency when it comes to his menu ...if you order anything, you must add $5.00, for... noodles or $2.00 for rice....so the menu is inaccurate. Also, Frank asked if we could use cash, so it would be easier...not surewhat that meant. I came with a party of 3, and sat outside on the front porch. The neighborhood is not good at all. You know you found a hidden gem when every 5 minutes Door Dash, Uber Eats, or a regular customer comes in to pick up take out.... The homemade rice noodles were to die for. I had the broccoli beef which the sauce coated the noodles for an exceptional treat.I sat out side to enjoy the cooler early evening and watched the neighborhood. The neighborhood is colorful with a lot to keepyou entertained. I plan to return for dinner in a few weeks during my next visit to Portland. Read more
Out of this world noodles! Frank's is always fresh and delicious. I always have enough left over for lunch the next day. How... many Guy Fieri's can you spot inside ????? My partner orders the spice at a 3 out of 4 and it is a flavorful heat, rich andsatisfying, rather than simply spicy hot. Don't forget a side of daikon radish! Read more
The stir fried vegetable noodles was out of this world tasty! The taste buds were dancing with joy. The noodles were phenomenal... tender and really soak up all of the flavors 10:10 will be back again! Read more
Always amazing. Be brave and get it super spicy, it’s sooooo good your mouth will spontaneously water thinking about it. The... hot and sour soup is a must have, and be sure to order extra kimchi and pickled radish to nibble on between bites of your maindish. The noodles are amazing. Great spring in the bite and fantastic texture. But that’s not all that’s good. The broccolibeef is a must try, and the salty pepper squid is AMAZING. I’m not a fan of the black bean sauce, so my recommendation is toavoid at all costs. It was not good. Read more
Saw the reviews and pass by it all the time as I work in the area frequently so I thought I’d try it. The staff were very kind... and helpful. Tried the ($16)General Tso Chicken spice 3 with (+$5) noodles ($21 total) quality was “ok”. It was flavorful,but way way way too sweet and the chicken was kind of dry. I don’t see myself going back there. Surprisingly disappointed. Read more
