The burgers are always great. They have free shelled peanuts while you wait. The fries are cooked in peanut oil which is the... most premium and expensive oil for frying. Folks with peanut allergies need not worry as the oil contains none of the proteinswhich cause adverse reactions. My son can attest to that fact. Read more
The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. If you want to experience anger and disrespect with a burger I... suggest this five guys. They have the rudest person named Red working the register. She gave me attitude, she rushed me, sheacted like a child. She doesn?t deserve to be in customer service in anyway shape or form with an attitude like that. Hopefullyyou get this fixed soon because no matter how you feel sometimes you have to serve the customers with a smile. I haven't eaten a burger in the Lloyd area that didn't cause me to throw up 45 minutes later in two years. It's not only five... guys but red robbin, burger king, McDonald's, and everywhere else. The whole area needs to focus on quality control. Read more
Super clean locations and the employees work their butts off. The two women working while I was waiting on my order are badass.... They cleaned while they prepped and were super nice and kept great customer service even while they had a huge rush of peoplecome in. Shout out to them. They deserve to be paid more. Read more
We were so excited to have this opened but have to say al though employees are friendly their terrible with getting food cooked... and out in a timely matter. We've been here 4 times now and each and every time something has gone wrong. So much salt on fries1st time they were unedible. We normally add more but you could see it like a powdered doughnut wish I was exaggerating. 2NDTime fries not cooked they were crunchy. 3rd time burgers were wrong someone else's order completely. This time we waited 25minutes not very busy watched 4 orders go out finally go to tell them were still waiting and were 41 but they hand out orders42,43, 44 and a call in as our order sat on the counter. And have to send our fries back for not being cooked again and theyforgot to put my ingredients on that I ordered. We will drive over to Vancouver or Beaverton to another location before goingback. Doesn't seem as if there is a lead or manager since every few minutes someone else took a break while orders needed to befollowed through with. Every other store I've been too have less employees on shift and not all the mix ups. Read more

A descent burger, with over cooked dried patties. The fries were good but the killer for me was the unrelenting horrible music.... It made the 10 minute wait for the food make me think I'll have to be starving before I endure another assault on my ears. Read more
Skip the fries. Twice now, I've come home with a large order of rubbery, soggy, very undercooked, bordering on completely raw... french fries. They are completely inedible. Since this is a new location, it could be a staff education issue, a qualitycontrol issue, a fryer temperature/cook time issue, but it seriously needs to be addressed as its becoming a long-term, repeatproblem. The bar of 'cooked food' is pretty low. I hope they can figure it out and fix it. Read more
